TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory, consumer rights.

By emailing your order to us you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

Occasionally we do have to increase our prices on goods, please refer to the website for the most current prices of our goods.

Please contact our team before you place an order to satisfy yourself that it is the correct fabric, colour, tone, weave and finish. If you do not order a fabric sample prior to the purchase, we cannot be held responsible for any variance in the fabric & your order will be non-refundable. Please be aware that colour representation of the fabrics on screen can be affected by many variables and may show up differently on your devices.

Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. Please email us within 7 days of delivery if you are not happy. Sorry, but we are unable to give a refund if the items have been cut to your specifications but are happy to offer an exchange of fabric, as defined by the distance-selling act. Please ask for a fabric sample before you place an order to satisfy yourself that it is the correct fabric, colour, tone, weave and finish. If you do not order a fabric sample prior to the purchase, we cannot be held responsible for any variance in the fabric. Please be aware that colour representation of the fabrics on screen can be affected by many variables and may show up differently on your devices.

We have the right to refuse to supply the goods you order but will only do this under extreme circumstances.

Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any monies paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods. We only source ‘perfect’ quality direct from the manufacturers.

A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order is accepted. This we confirm by email.

We aim to deliver within the time scale stated although, at times, delivery may be subject to conditions outside our control. All delivery times are approximate and we will not be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result.

If we are unable to deliver within our normal delivery time, we will contact you immediately. Please check your delivery carefully for external damage upon receipt. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, you must contact us within 7 days by email. Fabrics will not be accepted back ‘as faulty’ once they have been cut. We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been ‘made to measure / order'. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please check goods for colour, condition and accuracy of printing and in order to ensure they are the goods you ordered. Once goods have been cut, treated, made up, installed, or damaged, in any way, they cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.

You will be responsible for the goods once delivery has been made or delayed by you at delivery.

Textile materials do shrink. A shrinkage tolerance of up to 5% should be allowed when making curtains and soft furnishings.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the contents of this web site. However, as far as is permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of information contained within.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
